A Study on - Customer Perceptions Towards Online Shopping with Special Reference to Salem District

Abstract


Online searching (sometimes called e-tail from "electronic retail" or e-shopping) could be a sort of electronic commerce that permits shoppers to directly purchase product or services from a trafficker over the net employing an application program. It's the method of shopping for product and services from merchants United Nations agency sell on the net. The results prove that the respondents had perceived positive manner in on-line searching. This clearly justifies the project growth of on-line searching. The results can even be employed by varied organizations to spot their target client segments. This analysis shows that on-line searching has terribly bright future. Perception towards on-line searching is convalescing in Salem district despite being visage with varied bottlenecks, due to raising web and better financial gain and technical school savvy population. Secured on-line payment, higher to electronic stores, come back policies and exciting discounts may facilitate the perception of searching edges. With the information of client on-line searching behaviour, it's believed that e-commerce can still grow, and it'll become not solely a very important business revenues channel; however, additionally a locality of individuals everyday life.
