A Study on the Trend of Online Shopping in India

Abstract


the retail stores in the near future with the advent of smartphones and increasing internet users. All the levels of people ranging from students to old aged ones have shown attempts in purchasing online. This study is conducted with the aim of studying the trend of online shopping in India by collecting information from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. This study also suggests remedies to improvise this field of e-commerce.
