This paper describes the accurate control of speed without gearing system. Our recommended vehicle need been intended to show exact speed controlling and additionally simple turning purpose for electrical vehicles utilizing four engine drive frameworks. The gadget permits the client to send commands through a bisexuality gadget by means of Bluetooth association. The circuit system includes a Bluetooth receiver connected to ARM cortex. The ARM is additionally interfaced to four motors and uses an array to accumulation 12V ability supply. When user varies the acceleration of motors, the board varies PWM signals which are sent to the motor.
