Abstract

Abstract

Vehicular Delay Tolerant network (VDTN) is new challenging field of Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) concept. In VDTN, nodes (vehicles) use the pattern of store, carry and forward to communicate each other. Due to high deviations in density, no end-to-end connectivity and discontinuous network, the traffic is sparse. In VDTN, due to less contact duration occurs between the nodes (vehicles), the routing is very difficult and challenging. Our new approach, improvement of PRoPHET routing is depending on the conviction that each nodes (vehicles) in VDTN are continually and conflictingly moving towards or far from each other. This research paper gives increase in message delivery using improved PRoPHET routing technique.
