Sybil Defender: Defend Against Sybil Attacks in Networking

Sonali Gupta, Arun Agrawal

Abstract

Wireless sensor network is most popular now days in various places like defense, event sense, weather information and many more. Security is one of most concerning area for sensor network due to its infrastructure and flexibility to include other nodes in network. Sybil attack is the most sever attack in sensor network because in this attack, attacker node steals the identity of the node and then gets data of this node to drop or modify it. There is lot of work done to recover the network by this attack. In our review paper, we have studied various types of detection techniques.
