Automatic Incurring of Penalty for Vehicles Which Violate the Speed Limit

Rules by traffic cause severe problems. In this project we are trying to reduce these problems by giving an alternate solution to it. The solution is nothing, but the speed of the vehicle is detected. If the speed of the vehicle exceeds, it can be detected by using LabVIEW programming. If this speed exceeds the proposed limit, the IR sensor which is placed with the wheel of the vehicle, senses it and the signal is sent to the microcontroller which further enhances the GSM that has been connected and the message will be sent to the concerned number that has been implemented in the GSM; and this project also contains a tag which holds the license, RC book and insurance in digital form. This tag will act as a key for starting the vehicle.
