Improvement in Cluster based Routing Leach Protocol in WSN

Bhawana kumari, Rakesh kumar singh

Abstract

Wireless sensor networks contain multiple nodes which are small in nature which are called sensor nodes. They communicate among themselves via wireless strategy. There is various protocol have been proposed earlier like Hierarchical Protocols LEACH, HEED, PEGASIS TEEN, APTEEN, Mobility-based Protocols  SEAD, TTDD, Joint Mobility and Routing, , Dynamic Proxy Tree-Base Data Dissemination Multipath-based Protocols, Data MULES, Location-based Protocols etc. For performing routing in sensor networks effectively, generally, we use leach and pegasis protocol.

Keywords: Wireless Sensor Networks, Hierarchical protocols, LEACH protocol, PEGASIS protocol, Cluster head (CH)
