Semantic Web Mining: Survey and Analysis

Abstract


Data on World Wide Web is growing at a tremendous rate and information overload becoming a major problem. Due to this, finding the relevant documents and extracting useful information has become a challenging task. Semantic web mining deals with these challenges. A review of the existing semantic web mining approaches is presented in this paper. The paper explores different semantic web mining approaches and compares them that are based on the attributes of mining technique, domain, languages and ontology construction to the approaches used.
