Abstract

Abstract Various modes of e-commerce are becoming common in today’s fast-growing society. Sites including Amazon, Flipkart and many more are playing an active role in the growth of this sector. However, India is showing a slower growth pace than many other countries with a high population and least awareness being noted as the prime reasons. This study has been undertaken with the motive of knowing the response the public has towards online shopping and to suggest remedies to improvise it.
