Abstract
Video enhancement is the most essential and troublesome segments in video research. The point of video upgrade is to enhance the visual appearance of the video, or to give a superior transform portrayal for future mechanized video processing. In this paper, we exhibit an outline of video enhancement and denoising utilizing HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) domain method. Here, DST (Discrete Shearlet Transform) decomposition strategy is applied to the H parameter of the HSV picture and DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) change is connected to the V parameter. Further the noise can be expelled by utilizing NLM (Non-Linear Mean) filter.
