Extract & Recognize texts From Images using ROI and Webcam

Identification of texts from logos is crucial step in today’s world as every organisation has a different logo. Logos may contain different colorful background which make it difficult to easily recognise the text from the logo. Sometimes, texts on the logos are not easily readable as texts may have different font, foreground color, orientations,etc. This paper focusses on the extraction and recognition of texts from the logos and number plates.We extract texts from the number plate images and logos. For this GUI in MATLAB 2016a was used.
