Abstract
The introduction of computer technology image-processing techniques have gradually becomes more important in a broad variety of applications. Image segmentation is a classic subject in the field of image processing with the enhancement of computer processing capabilities and the increased application of colour image, the colour image segmentation are additional concerned by the researchers. In areas of image processing, colour segmentation has been and still it is very important research area due to its wide spread usage and application. This paper provides eye testing on the bases of the colour segmentation. Different types of infected eyes are tested and their respective accuracy of masked image. For eye colour detection, we are calculating the noise effects, i.e., pepper and salt and Poisson noise on PSNR and SNR.
