In this study, we present a powerful watermarking system based on seven level discrete wavelet transform and singular value decomposition for RGB picture where R signifies red color, G indicates green color and B means blue color. It provides improved security and performance in terms of mean square error, peak signal noise ratio, structural similarity matrix, normalized cross correlation and execution time. During the experiment, we increase peak signal noise ratio upto 65% and decrease mean square error. In the embedding and extracting process, we employed to speed up the combination of 7DWT-SVD watermarking and to avoid the escape of watermark. This hybrid strategy leads to optimize both the fundamentally clashing prerequisites. The rough matrix of the one level of picture in 7-DWT range is adjusted with SVD to implant the particular estimation of mystery picture to the singular estimation of 7-DWT coefficient.
