Abstract

Adaptive capacity analysis to model various emerging wireless fields like vehicle to vehicle communication, cellular and off-body communication based on inverse gamma shadowed fading mathematical model is derived. The derived algebraic model for optimal simultaneous power and rate adaption (OPRA) is mathematically tractable in terms of numerical and analytical handling. A novel closed form model for OPRA is derived in terms of Digamma and Meijer’ s-G functions. This derived exact closed form takes into consideration of the important parameters like bit rate and power for the wireless communication. The derived analytical expression has been validated by comparing with exact numerical result.

Keywords: Channel state information, delay limitation, Digamma, inverse gamma faded channel
