In the modern era, the world is moving towards an energy efficient design of the house and wants to create a greener and natural environment in the house. This design can be an easy solution for them because that fulfills the need of the consumer by energy saving as well as improves the comfort level and natural environment in the house. The Green Building design sector usually works on modifying commercial building design, which is more economical, durable and comfortable. The Main aim of the project is to design a model of the house having proper insulation on the walls, automatic ventilation system maximum use of sunlight in the day-time to generate electricity by solar power as well as for the natural lighting in the house. This project having security features such as fire alarm and laser alarm to secure the house from hazards. This is a design which can partially fulfill the need for green building design and provide an economic model for green building design and security system.
