Abstract
Currency has the crucial role as a medium of exchange in which governments of many countries introduce it as banknotes and coins that is Indian Rupees. The technology of currency recognition aims for efficient classification of currency. In this project, we are basically detecting whether the currency is real or fake because for humans, after the circulation of currency, it becomes difficult to differentiate between the original and fake currency. Our main aim is to design a very easy but efficient method that would be useful for detection of fake notes.
