Cloud printing is the technology that allows printers to be accessed over a network through cloud computing. Here we've two forms of cloud printing: (i) Consumer-based cloud printing: it connects any application to cloud-enabled home printers that individuals own or have access to; individuals will take digital media as their primary communications tool and make a written page; only they have the content in an exceedingly physical type victimising this technology. (ii) Professional cloud printing allows publishers, firms and content homeowners to print their digital publications by leverage networks of production facilities. Cloud printing permits the ad-hoc transformation of digital data into physical forms in 2D or 3D. This survey paper provides a summary of cloud printing and Google cloud print method and its applications. Keywords: Cloud printing, Google cloud printer (GCP), cloud prepared printer, non cloud printer, components, designs, GCP applications
