GDP Subsidize Calculation Using Neural Multilayer Feed Perceptron Network for Iranians
Abstract
A multilayer (mlnet) decision model for the estimation of the subsidy index on the basis of a number of criteria is provided in this article. The main criteria that affect the distribution of subsidies in the socio-economic sub-sectors, by questionnaire and mlnet method, are: inflation, economic growth, labor intensity, energy subsidies distribution among the socio-economic levels, intensity of the energy sector and social costs of air pollution. The overall ranks of these criteria are: according to the formula, subsidy allocation is mainly given to the poor in the city, while the rich propel is the final target. The impact on overall outcomes of changing criteria priorities shows that the rank of the socio-economic subsectors in the receipt of subsidies has little sensitivity to changing the subsidy criteria priorities.
