Abstract: Cloud computing has changed the design of data storing and application serving infrastructures in industries. It has provided methods by which developers and architects can easily serve application to users without worrying about downtime and hardware. The need of developing infrastructure in house is becoming obsolete, mainly because of the cost of maintaining the servers and their security. The architecture proposed in the paper helps in maintaining the application in safe and secure manner on cloud. It provides a solution to scale the application with less vulnerabilities. This architecture uses service oriented architecture and makes it more efficient by reducing the vulnerabilities. It contains one extra layer in service oriented architecture on which proxy servers shall be used to have communication among services.
Keywords: Cloud Computing, System Design, Software Architecture, System Security, Web services, Vulnerabilities.
