Abstract
This article provides an overview of the decision tree induction software and random forest ensemble. The general programmatic principles of building a fuzzy decision tree in the Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment using the object-oriented C # language on the. Net Framework platform are described. It can be used to develop a hybrid ensemble classifier model.
