Over the last few years Data Analytics gets more attention in different areas. Analytics is been used in various field where large amount of information is collected. As we are more believing in gender equality, we also found that the social duties of men and women are not same. Generally, Indian women have to balance personal and professional life. So, generally for the social role, she left her career aside. However we found that Data Analytics may be a field for women who wish to balance both social life and career equally. ‘Cause analytics doesn't need constant supervision. Nor are results for analytics prepared in a couple of minutes. It’s a field where back-end process and work must be done before results are often shared. And so this paper shows reasons for selecting data Analytics as the career for women.

Keywords: Analytics, Data Analytics, STEM, Women, social role, responsibilities.
