Personal Computer Wireless Network Data Transmission Using Pens

Abstract


P-ISM (Pen-style private networking implement enclose), which is nothing but the new innovation, is under developing stage by NEC Corporation. P-ISM is a implement enclose including five functions—a pen-style cellular phone with a handwriting data input function, implicit keyboard, a very small projector, camera scanner, and own ID key with cashless pass function. P-ISMs are attached with one another through short-range wireless technology. The whole set is also attached to the internet through the cellular phone function. This personal implement in a simple pen style enables the final everywhere computing.
