Review on Separate Memory for LINUX
Abstract
Abstract
The paper displays the pros of little grain memory protection, as given by MMP s(Massively Multiprocessing), by porting Linux to a MMP plan. The arrangement is used to separate modules in their own protection spaces, and the beneficial results for programming life are surveyed. It especially displays the benefit of a fast, equipment bolster assurance space (PD) switch.
Keywords: MMP (Massively Multiprocessing), protection-lookaside buffer (PLB), protection domain (PD)
