New Age of Digitalization and Social Media in 21st Century Libraries

Abstract


Today when we observe our generation mood we find out everywhere digitalization and new technologies are adopted by every field like private, government and other sectors. Our government and other private limited sectors are also stared to use the big sensed data to improve people`s welfare for example smart citied projects or digitalized libraries demand in India. But in other side IT sector is challenged by the different variety and structure, semi structured and unstructured data. In all this complex social media and electronic libraries play an important role? These social mediums are helping to create a social network path and environment. They are not require a big team either to create the necessary marketing collateral. India is third in Internet users. So we are required to trying to create awareness about to social media and Electronic Libraries network. In 21st century socialism affected our day to day life. Social media and libraries are two most important part of socialism and connective engine or source. In information technology era our generation completely depended on these socialized sources. Because they create good path of basic connectivity of the people with social life. In this work Social media is play a role of medium to interact and connect people in which they create, share or exchange information or ideas in digital communities and network and libraries play a role of source center. Because they provide our users information material in physical form. It is also a social medium or network to connect people and information world like new invention details, world history, geography, economical research and other natural and physical changes information. So we can say that a social media and libraries both are similar form. We are really thankful to rapidly advancing technology like wireless capabilities, cloud computing and next generation smart phones and tablets and library soft wares and library networks like DELNET, NICNET, INFLIBNET and some other library networks because these are very beneficial both the corporation and employees. Main thing is that these are cost effective and time saving concept. They create a fruitful environment.
