Abstract
This paper includes the detail study of Digital watermarking explanation, concept and the main contributions in this field such as categories of watermarking process that tell which watermarking method be used. It starts with introduction, technology, applications, characteristics, attacks and techniques. In this survey, our most important apprehension is image only.
