Abstract

Big data is a term that describes the exponential growth of all sorts of data, structured and non-structured, from different sources. MongoDB is able to meet new data challenges. Examples of online big data databases include MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. This document data model, used in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases, makes them a natural fit for the cloud computing environment. Big data analytics with MongoDB can aid call center analysis to optimize customer care operations.
