In view of the progressions in inescapable human services our impression of social insurance is changing very quick. For any standard existing Hospital Information System (HIS) there are a few noteworthy issues that frustrates computerization like, settled data point or firm systems administration mode. In our paper, Internet of Things (IOT) based stage has been utilized for a superior computerization and quicker basic leadership related executions in the smart hospital. In this paper early warning model to detect patient state before treatment based on markov model is proposed. In proposed mechanism there are four states called Normal, Average, Serious, Emergency states. The treatment of patient is decided smartly based on above four conditions. The proposed mechanism is assed using MATLAB.Downloads
