This paper presents the classification of different method of image registration. This paper focused on the Cross Correlation based method which is the main element of that classification. In forwarding the way of this method, this paper shows the specified enhancement which resolves the real time occurring problems. These methods focused on the occlusions and its classes. This paper shows that the Artificial/Natural occlusion are detected and suppressed by the M-Estimator based Cross Correlation (MCC) easily. This paper shows that the MCC is the superior method to all other discussed methods based on Cross Correlation.
