Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is an infrastructure-less network in which nodes are connected without any fixed infrastructure. Routing protocols find route to forward data packets from the source node to the destination node. A routing protocol performs key role in finding the shortest route path. In this paper, an approach has been presented using fuzzy logic to evaluate and compare AODV routing protocol with QUALNET. In this paper, number of nodes in input and delay and throughput and packer delivery ratio in the output of fuzzy system. To show efficiency and truth of fuzzy logic system, AODV has been evaluated using QUALNET 6.1 simulator and fuzzy system and comparing the results of simulation.
Keyword: MANET, AODV, Fuzzy logic controller, QUALNET 6.1
