Computer animation can be implemented by computer graphics which are very vast kind of applications nowadays. Since the development of PC representation, scientists haven't paid a lot of considerations toward the likelihood of changing over oral stories also called folktales into conceivable toon vivified recordings. This paper depends on the best way to create depiction of neighborhood folktales that will be of colossal advantages to Nigerians. The exercises were isolated into five phases; examination, plan, advancement, usage and assessment, which included different procedures and utilization of different particular programming and equipment. After the usage of this venture, the video attributes were described using likert scale. Examination of around 30 clients reactions showed that 17 clients evaluated the picture quality as incredible, the video and picture synchronization was appraised as astounding by 9 clients, the background commotion was appraised magnificent by 18 clients, the character impression was evaluated excellent by 11 clients, the general appraisal of the storyline was appraised fantastic by 17 clients, the video impression was evaluated superb by 11 clients, and the voice quality was evaluated by 10 clients as fabulous.
