Object Oriented Web Software Maintainability using Fuzzy Logic

In the software development lifecycle, maintenance is the most costly activity because it requires more effort compared to other activities. Maintainability is considered as important factor for development of good quality software. Nowadays web application is very complex and hard to maintain. In order to estimate the maintainability of object oriented web application, this paper uses some quantitative metrics for predicting maintainability of object oriented web application. Maintainability can be estimated by some quantitative metrics. In this paper, some object oriented metrics and web application metrics are used to estimate the maintainability. In order to estimate the maintainability paper considered a real object oriented web application, which is made on.net Framework4, C# Programming Language..net is also an object oriented programming language. A maintainability model is proposed using the fuzzy logic.
