Abstract

Abstract

The system which completes its execution within the deadline is known as Real Time System. In this paper a review of work done by various researchers in this area over past years is presented. Deadline is the main factor for improving the performance of a real time system and for this both hardware and software characteristics of real time system need to be considered.

Keywords- Real Time scheduling, virtual scheduler, performance, quality of service.
